Technology and details in model α1.1

This model was based on Visaton’s excellent model Aria MHT. (Please, read the reviews at Visaton’s homepage). The magnetostat Visaton MHT 12 and the high-end low-midrange driver Visaton TI100 together form a powerful team, which provides musical enjoyment in model α1.1.  A completely redesigned crossover is used in order to exploit the full potential of the two high-end chassis. The best MCap™Supreme film capacitors and foil coils by Mundorf are used.

The connections to the chassis and the terminals consist of silver/gold-wires, also by Mundorf.

For high-end speakers you need first-class terminals, so that a signal from the amplifier is passed undisturbed. In model α1.1, only the best pole terminals of WBT‘s nextgen™-generation are installed onto a unique mounting plate made of acrylic glass.
